Money added to your Wicketzone account cannot be withdrawn. Using the cash, users can participate in leagues, activities, and tournaments on Wicketzone. Technical errors or issues may be reviewed and, if necessary, refunded or credited at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Wicketzone decides whether or not to reimburse a user after deducting cancellation fees and taxes. Refunds will be made to the wallet account from which the funds were deducted.
Please send an email within 48 hours if you have any concerns. The refund is processed using the same payment method or financial instrument as the original transaction. We will refund you within 5-7 business days after we receive your email if your credit card or bank account has been charged without the funds being credited to your Wicketzone wallet.
